Detailed Description

We offer finished product assembly for automotive components. As our core business is mould and injection molding, we mainly provide simple mechanical assembly (snap‑fit, screws, simple heat staking). For more complex assembly (terminal crimping, PCB soldering, leak testing), we can outsource to qualified partners based on customer requirements. Additionally, leveraging our knowledge of China’s automotive parts supply chain, we source finished components (connectors, sensor housings, etc.) for customers, offering cost advantages.

What we do in‑house (simple assembly):

• Snap‑fit / screw assembly of plastic parts

• Simple heat staking (metal nuts, locating posts)

• Visual inspection, functional spot check (e.g. opening force)

• Labeling, laser marking, packaging

Outsourced assembly services (optional):

• Terminal crimping, wire harness assembly

• PCB soldering and functional testing

• Leak testing, thermal shock testing

• All partners audited; test reports provided

Finished product sourcing:

• We can procure finished automotive connectors, sensors, clip assemblies on your behalf
