This mould adopts a cold runner + 2‑plate design, optimized for flame‑retardant materials (PA66+GF, PBT, MC nylon) commonly used in low‑voltage electrical products. The 1×8 cavity layout balances productivity and molding stability, suitable for medium‑volume production.

Key features:

  • Balanced runner system via mold flow analysis to ensure uniform filling and consistent part dimensions across all 8 cavities

  • Precision machining: critical tolerances ±0.01mm for assembly requirements

  • Ejection system: ejector pins + stripper plate to prevent distortion of thin‑wall parts

  • Wear‑resistant cavities: S136 or H13 steel hardened to HRC48‑52 for glass‑filled materials
